About us
A Stockholm practice handling Swedish packaging obligations for producers based somewhere else.
Packaging compliance is mostly sold by two kinds of provider. Software platforms track obligations across many markets and do it well, but stop at the point where somebody has to decide what a rule means for your specific packaging. Compliance agencies will take an authorised representative appointment and run it as a forwarding address.
The role is a legal one. An authorised representative stands between a producer and a national authority, answers for what is registered and reported, and has to be able to say whether an obligation applies at all. We took the view that it belongs with lawyers.

How we work
We answer, then explain. Compliance questions usually arrive because a decision is waiting. Three pages of background does not help.
We quote before we start. Fixed fees where scope allows, estimates where it does not.
We say where the limits are. We do not test packaging or certify recyclability, and we will tell you when something needs an accredited body rather than a lawyer.
The Ascendance group
PPWR Sweden sits alongside Corporate Service Sweden, which handles company formation and statutory representation, and Ascend Law, which advises international clients on Swedish corporate, commercial and employment law. If your packaging obligations turn out to be the first of several things you need in Sweden, it is the same team.
